Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Welcome to Copperhour. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

This store is operated by Copperhour Trading OÜ, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia, trading as Copperhour ("we", "us", "our"). We sell coffee machines and kitchen appliances. You can contact us at contac@copperhour.com.

2. Using our store

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
  • You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order, including your shipping address and email.
  • You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with its security or normal operation.

3. Products

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours, finishes and sizes may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product packaging may change without notice.

Electrical products: each product page lists the voltage, wattage and plug type where relevant. It is your responsibility to check that an appliance is compatible with the power supply in your country before ordering, and to use a suitable adapter where needed. If you are unsure, email us before you buy.

Capacity and yield: tank capacities, cup counts and brewing times stated on a product page are the manufacturer's figures, measured under their test conditions. Real results vary with your water, your grind and how you use the appliance.

4. Safe use

Always read and follow the user manual and safety instructions that come with your product. Use products only for their intended purpose, and only with the voltage shown on the rating label.

Heat, steam and water: coffee machines, kettles and cooking appliances get hot and produce steam that can burn. Never leave a heating appliance running unattended, keep it away from children, and let it cool down completely before cleaning or moving it. Never immerse an electrical appliance, its cable or its plug in water.

Cleaning and descaling: unplug the appliance before cleaning. Descale as often as the manual says, using a product suitable for your appliance. Damage caused by limescale build-up, by using the wrong cleaning product, or by putting non-dishwasher-safe parts in a dishwasher, is not a manufacturing defect.

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification or failure to follow the instructions.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency selected in our store and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • Shipping is free on all orders. Any import duties or taxes are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the order information is incomplete. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund and Return Policy, which gives you 30 days from delivery to return an eligible item, with return shipping paid by us. Both policies are part of these Terms.

8. Manufacturer warranty

Where a product comes with a manufacturer warranty, the warranty terms are supplied with the product. A warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights or the rights given to you by our Refund and Return Policy.

9. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo, video or other content, you confirm that it is your own, honest and lawful. You give us permission to use, reproduce and display it on our store and social media in connection with Copperhour. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

All content on our store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Your consumer rights

These Terms do not affect the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those laws, the law prevails.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when these Terms were last changed.
